Allan Lee is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CSM Academy International, where he plays a key role in driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence in healthcare education and workforce development.
Passionate about transforming lives through learning, he is recognised as a healthcare industry disruptor with a strong focus on healthcare digitalisation, healthcare skills development, and future-ready healthcare training solutions. He is a Registered Trainer with TAEPP for the National Adult Educator Registry, an ACLP Certified Trainer accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore, and a MOE-Registered Instructor under REMS.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Allan is a committed mental health advocate and recovery mentor, supporting individuals through his personal experience, resilience, and empowerment. Due to the intense pressures experienced during his work in the media industry, Allan developed depressive disorder towards the end of 2013. After enduring two suicide attempts, he sought professional psychiatric treatment and underwent a year of counselling, which became a turning point in his recovery journey. As a bipolar survivor, he now uses his personal experiences to inspire hope, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations around mental wellness.
He has also contributed numerous articles on mental health and the healthcare sector, identifying industry needs, highlighting emerging trends, and surfacing issues that are often overlooked, misunderstood, or left unspoken across various platforms.
With a unique blend of business leadership, training expertise, and personal advocacy for mental wellness, Allan continues to champion mental health support, education, recovery, and meaningful social impact.
