Counselling Services

  • Delivery: Virtual (video/phone) and in-person.

Coaching Services

  • Delivery: Virtual and in-person.
  • Focus Areas:
    • Peak performance coaching
    • Mental skills enhancement
    • Concentration training for improved focus
    • Social communication skills development


Health Coaching Services

  • Delivery: Virtual and in-person.
  • Focus Areas:
    • Insomnia and sleep difficulties
    • Fatigue management
    • Weight management and healthy lifestyle
    • Addiction support (smoking cessation, alcohol dependency, gambling, and technological addiction)
    • Chronic pain management


Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Programs

  • Delivery: Virtual and in-person training.
  • Focus Areas:
    • Building an inclusive workplace culture
    • Addressing unconscious bias
    • Creating equitable opportunities
    • Supporting marginalized employees


Critical Incident / Post-Trauma Support

  • Situations Covered:
    • Sudden death, grief, accidents, workplace disasters, and job loss crises.
  • Delivery:
    • 1-to-1 onsite and offsite in-person or virtual sessions.
    • Onsite group debrief sessions.


Psychology Assessment

  • Assessments Offered: Work readiness assessments for employees.
